A lovely 4 bedroom villa set in its own well-matured grounds with a lovely private swimming pool. This property will sleep 10/12 people comfortably. It has a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, on the same level it has another double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds, both these bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a large terrace off this floor, which has the most wonderful views of the Meditteranean and Fuengirola, it is also ideal for private sunbathing. On the ground floor there is a large lounge which has TV, video recorder and Hi-Fi system which is piped out to the garden and pool area. There is a good size dining aea which has a breakfast bar to the kitchen. A fully fitted kitchen which includes dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. The fourth bedroom/studio is situated on the ground floor, this is quite large and can sleep 5/6. It has its own private entrance and its own shower room. The Lounge has patio doors leading onto the pool terraces and an area for outside dining and barbecuing. There is a good selection of garden furniture and sun beds, large open garden area to the side of the villa for garden games i.e. tennis etc and the pool area is fabulous, a good choice for a family holiday.
