Description of the Property
FINCA LA PALMA, LA CALA.
An extremely large, spacious villa set on the mountain top at La Cala, five minutes from La Cala Golf and five minutes drive from the village of La Cala.
Consisting of a double size lounge area which can seat fifteen people comfortably with patio doors leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture for relaxing and dining “al fresco”. TV, video and Hi Fi system are all installed. The view from the lounge is of the Mediterranean and to the other windows the views are of the mountains.
The dining room leads into the kitchen which is fully fitted. Both of these rooms have the most wonderful dried flowers and plants making it look so welcoming.
There is a large master bedroom which has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms which sleep eight people (in single beds). One of these bedrooms actually has a sitting room for relaxing.
The pool area overlooks the sea, with sunbathing terraces and dining area.
This villa has difficult access and is not within easy walking distance to the main road. Whilst offering the most wonderful peaceful location a car is vital for clients wishing to venture outside the grounds.
Distance from the airport twenty five minutes and from Marbella twenty minutes.
