A fantastic large villa two minutes from Mijas village, with the most superb views of the Mediterranean.
The main villa comprises of three double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and one single bedroom. The very spacious lounge has patio doors and picture windows, very well furnished including TV, Video, HI-FI system, and a piano for the musicians amongst you. A separate dining area for more formal dinners.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a lovely breakfast room which is light and airy. There are many terraces throughout the property - some offering shade and others sunshine. A bar area with wicker furniture is at the front of the villa overlooking the pool area. There are plenty of sun-loungers and relaxing chairs on the terraces. The pool is set into the garden and is a freeform shape.
The apartment is a one bedroom on the same level as the pool and gardens. This has its own entrance, fitted kitchen, lounge / diner, bedroom and bathroom. It also has its own terrace for sitting out in the sun. NB The apartment is NOT included in the rental cost of the villa and a cost should be requested if required. The owners of this villa do not accept children under the age of 12 although the villa is four bedroom, the maximum clients would be seven, if the apartment is included nine.
